About Me

I have been playing piano since age seven and studied piano and vocal performance at the University of St. Thomas, MN. I have taught piano for over 23 years. I am self taught on the ukulele, teaching only beginner and intermediate students.

What I enjoy about teaching music is the joy of a student who realizes they can achieve beautiful sounds from their instrument. Everyone has a song in their heart and everyone can enjoy making music. It is simply another language, and when taught as such, another world opens up.
